Chase Henderson 

Chase comes to us with bounty of experience in this property management space. This experience comes in the form of 13 years of leasing and property mainteannce. Chase also holds degree's in business management and Economics and is pursing multiple certification in property management.

Leasing Coordinators

Sloan Fuselier

Sloan joins our team as our newest hire. Sloan is currently in charge of our leasing team and systems and also is an on call member of our maintenance team. Don't let her friendly personality fool you she is more the qualified to swing a hammer or wrench. 

Maintenance Manager

Steve Henderson

Steve is the most senior and experienced member of our staff. Steve has over 30 years of property maintenance and management. Steve has been a licensed plumber, general contractor and maintenance supervisor for almost his whole life and relishes his ability to work with his hands. Steve bring an everyday lunch pale attitude and believe firmly in treat other how they have treated you.

Gwendolyn Miles

Gwen is a joy to have on our team and is the definition of a team player. You will find her helping in all our roles in our organization, but can be found most in the field helping our maintenance team. Gwen, a life long factor worker has found a second calling, helping our staff and tenant keep their homes safe, clean and loveable. We or any organization are lucky to have her.
